As founder of River North Residential, Michael Peters brings over fifteen years of real estate and property management experience to Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, he has called the city home for over twenty years. His connection to Chicago, along with a decade of experience in River North, provides clients with a strong perspective on the local market.

Prior to opening River North Residential, Michael spent over a decade working at Marina City, one of Chicago’s iconic residential communities, where he assisted owners, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, and renters, while gaining extensive knowledge of River North and surrounding downtown neighborhoods. His experience spans residential leasing, condominium sales, property management, investor relations, and day-to-day rental operations.
