- Process rental applications and screen tenants on behalf of property owners we represent

- Counterparties in transactions: In the course of a real estate sale or lease transaction, information may be shared with other parties to the transaction (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, other brokers, lenders, title companies, and attorneys) as necessary to complete the transaction.

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
