7. Tenant Application and Property Management Portal
Access to our tenant application portal and Buildium-powered resident portal is subject to additional terms and conditions presented at the time of access. Submission of a rental application does not guarantee tenancy. All applications are subject to screening criteria applied in compliance with applicable fair housing laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, River North Realty & Management LLC, its members, managing broker, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided herein, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
